Terms and Conditions:
When you make a pod booking we ask for a deposit of £25 per day , this is a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the money can be paid either cash on arrival or by bank transfer before you are due to stay.
When you make a campsite booking we ask for a deposit of £10 per day, this is a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the money can be paid either cash on arrival or by bank transfer before you are due to stay.
Cancellation Policy:
You have up to two weeks before you are due to arrive to change or cancel your booking. After which time your date cannot be changed. This is for both Pod and Campsite Bookings.
Dogs:
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per pod or camping pitch booking (additional charges apply see our pricing page). Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Quiet:
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Fire:
Open fires or fire pits are NOT allowed on the site. Covered fires such as BBQs are allowed on site. If you are using a disposable BBQ please use the stands that we provide. All BBQs must not be directly placed on the grass or the timber decking.
EV Vehicle Charging:
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
Balloons:
Please note we are a balloon free site due to our locality to farm animals and wildlife.
